The Saavedra Family House, built in the early 20th century, popularly known as Casa Amarilla ("Yellow House"), is an example of the architectural elements that will be added as new residences to the Alhaman landscape fully integrated into the orchard of those years. It is located opposite the Jardín de los Mártires (Martyrs Garden), garden designed in the early fifties by imitating the different types of columns and capitals of the classical world.
It still keeps part of the orchard that surrounded it.
