Following the Trojan War, the legendary Odysseus sets out on the long and dangerous journey home to Ithaca, where his wife Penelope and his son Telemachus have been waiting for him for a long time, whilst defending the kingdom from the many suitors who covet the throne. However, the journey home will become a legendary epic in which he must face hostile gods and mythological creatures that will test not only his wits and courage, but also his very humanity.
