MUNICIPAL THEATRE SCHOOL: END-OF-YEAR PERFORMANCE 2026
Free admission.The programme for the Municipal Theatre School’s 2026 end-of-year showcase will continue on 4 July with performances prepared by the adult participants.
The first performance will transport the audience to the world of the old travelling comedians of the Golden Age through a staging of "El entremés de los autores", a humorous tale in which characters from Cervantes and Shakespeare star in a comedy of errors.
Next, the second performance will offer a selection of theatrical scenes from different styles and eras. These include a contemporary adaptation of one of the best-known scenes from "Yerma", an original piece written and performed by members of the workshop itself, and a performance of "Ganas de reñir", a classic piece from the Spanish theatrical repertoire.
