I KNITTERS GATHERING
The First Knitters’ Gathering takes place this Sunday in Plaza de las Américas to mark World Wide Knit in Public Day. For further information and to register, please call +34 722 719 913 or contact via WhatsApp.The Council for Women and Gender Equality, in partnership with the shops Tres Vueltas and Multiprecio Mari Carmen, has organised this event to share a love of knitting, raise awareness of this craft, and create a space for women of all ages to come together.
It will be a morning for chatting, learning from one another and continuing to build networks through everyday life, with an activity that also contributes to emotional wellbeing and encourages participation in the life of the town.
