FIESTAS IN LAS CAÑADAS 2026
Festivities in Las Cañadas, from 23rd to 26th April, in honour of the patron saint the Virgen de la Cabeza. With music all the evening.PROGRAMME 25/04/2026
4.30 pm. Grand caliche competition. (a traditional Murcian bowling game)
5.00 pm. 1st Las Cañadas Bikers’ Gathering. In collaboration with the Los Colegas de Lorca Motorcycle Club. There will be prizes and surprises.
5.30 pm. Performance by the group Los Zagalicos.
6.00 pm. Zumba masterclass. All participants will receive a gift.
7.00 pm. Traditional games and gymkhana for children and adults with Animunis (ribbon race, sack race, tied-leg race, etc.).
9.30 pm. Grand open-air dance with music by the Cuarteto Acuarela.
10.30 pm. Presentation of the 2026 Majas from Las Cañadas and the election of Miss Visitor 2026. Afterwards, we’ll round off the evening dancing with the Cuarteto Acuarela.
