8th ALHAMA TRAIL CALAFONTE 2025

The eighth edition of Alhama CXM, a charity mountain race and hiking event organised by the Alhama COYM club, will take place on Sunday 19 October 2025 in the Sierra de la Muela de Alhama de Murcia. It will consist of five events: Extreme (27.6 km), Promo (18.4 km), Cadet (7.2 km), Kids (3.5 km) and Hiker (19 km); all of which will take place in spectacular natural settings with views of the Guadalentín valley, Alhama castle, Sierra Espuña and the protected landscape of the Barrancos de Gebas, which are sure to impress everyone.

All the races are circular and will start and finish, as a new feature in this edition, in the Plaza de las Américas in Alhama de Murcia.

The Extreme, Promo, Cadet and Kids races are competitive and form part of the FMRM 2025 Regional Mountain Racing League, and are therefore governed by the rules of that competition.
