II PAPARAJOTE WARS (Convention of Historical Simulation Board Games and Wargames in Spanish)

After the postponement of the March edition, the II Paparajote Wars, a convention of historical simulation games and wargames, will be held this weekend.

The event is also open to the general public, who will be able to come and watch the registered players play, learn about these games and their systems, and even try out some of them on the tables reserved for simpler and more accessible games. The timetable for the days will be as follows: Friday from 16:00, Saturday from 9:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 14:00.

During the three days, the members of the association will display numerous games, corresponding to historical epochs ranging from classical Greece to the latest conflicts, such as the one still raging in Ukraine or the one that ended with the break-up of former Yugoslavia. The association will have prepared introductory and demonstration games for anyone who wants to learn more about the hobby. The catalogue of games to be played covers practically the whole of history, with games simulating the American Civil War or the Napoleonic Wars, as well as the two great world conflicts of the last century.
