Museo Arqueológico Los Baños

RECORRE EL MUSEO (Guided visit in Spanish)

Meeting point: Reception of the Los Baños Archaeological Museum, (Calle Sanchez Vidal, 5). at 11.00 a.m.

Free of charge guided visit  of 50 minutes approx. to know the history of this thermal complex, and of Alhama de Murcia, that is intimately linked to its hot springs. The Los Baños Archaeological Museum preserves the remains of the thermal baths constructed by Romans in the 1st century A.D. and that were re-used in the Islamic period and for the Spa Hotel of the 19th century. Come to know 2000 years of the history of thermalism gathered in the same place.  

These visits are destined to individuals or reduced groups. The organisation reserves the right to cancel this tour if the minimum of necessary reservations is not reached . Previously arranged free visits in English are also offered for larger groups if you contact the Museum and consult availability
