MOCHILA DE ACTIVIDADES: SPECIAL ACTIVITY "CONNECT WITH YOUR SELF AND WITH NATURE".
Free of charge activity offered by the Sierra Espuña Regional Park Information Service. Prior registration required.Register HERE.
Participate in this meditative meeting, experience this relaxing activity and let yourself be enveloped by the atmosphere of the forest through different mindfulness dynamics, awakening your senses and emotions. By living in the here and now you will be able to improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Are you up for giving yourself this moment of relaxation and connection?
Technical information:Â
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Bring a mat and a blanket or something to cover yourself during the moments of relaxation. Please let us know if you have any intolerance or allergy.
